Week Twelve: Saturday

The sleep deprivation is really getting to me. If I hadn’t already decided to take of this week to allow my foot to recover I probably would have not run anyway. I am determined to start the diet and exercise program on Monday. I don’t go into work until Wednesday so I am going to try and use the exercise as a means of getting into a somewhat normal sleep pattern before I have to go back.
